The health of your Rottweiler puppy is our top priority. To support this, we offer a comprehensive 2-year health guarantee, valid for up to 10 years from your puppy’s birth—provided you follow our guidelines on feeding, training, and exercise.
If your puppy is diagnosed with a life-threatening congenital or genetic condition within the first year, we will replace it with a puppy of equal value at no additional cost. Beyond the first year, if your puppy passes away due to such conditions, we will offer a credit equal to 50% of the original purchase price toward a replacement puppy.
To keep the health guarantee valid, we require:
A copy of the initial veterinary exam (performed by a licensed vet) within 10 business days of receiving your puppy.
Microchipping your puppy through Adorable Rottweiler Puppies.
Maintaining regular de-worming and annual veterinary check-ups throughout your puppy’s lifetime.
If you need to claim the guarantee, submission of all original sales documents, registration papers (if applicable), and complete veterinary records demonstrating ongoing care is required.
Failure to meet these conditions will void the guarantee. Please note, we reserve the right to refund deposits at any time and for any reason.
